　まいぷるに興味を持ってくださった皆様、はじめまして。まいぷるマネージャーの大村裕佳子です。私は、現在石川県の病院で働きながら金沢大学大学院に在学中です。二児の母でもあり、働き学び育児しながら全力で毎日を生きています。
　私は富山県出身で、看護師として病院で働いている時に、自宅へ帰りたくてもそれが難しい方への支援に悩んだ経験があります。その後、看護教員をしている時に多職種連携教育に出会いました。富山大学附属病院プライマリケア講座の方々主催のIPEワークショップに参加し、多職種連携や協働について詳しく知っていれば、あの患者さん達はご自宅に帰ることができたんじゃないかと思いました。そして、学生と共に学び合うことの楽しさを知りました。
　2014年からは、学生主体のIPEワークショップの企画運営にも携わってきました。企画の際には、数か月前から学生の運営メンバーと話し合い、一緒に事前学習をしながら内容を練っています。企画段階の情報も時々SNSに投稿し、次回参加したい方のご意見も参考にしつつ、参加者一人ひとりのより良い学習及び実践に繋がることを願っております。これまでIPEから学ばせて頂いた様々な理論や学び合いの楽しさを、日本全国の学生や実務者にも広げたい！、そしてコロナ禍で学びたくても学べない方へも届けたい！という思いに、沢山の方々の共感とお力添えを頂きまして、ついに2020年10月、効果的で持続的なIPE/IPLに向けた学びあいプロジェクト、MAIPLE Projectが立ち上がりました。
　兎にも角にも、「楽しく学ぶ」！ということを、運営メンバーの共通理念としています。もし、このホームページを見て興味を持たれた方は、下記に情報発信のためのSNSがありますので、登録のほどお願いします。共に楽しく交流し、学びあう生涯学習を楽しみましょう。

　Everyone who is interested in MAIPLE, nice to meet you. I’m Yukako Omura,the manager of MAIPLE. I am currently enrolled in the Kanazawa University graduate school while working in Ishikawa prefecture hospital. As a mother of two children, she lives everyday with all her might while working, learning and raising children.
　I’m from Toyama prefecture, and when I was workng as a nurse at a hospital, Ihad a hard time helping people who wanted to go home but had difficulty doing so. After that, when I was a nursing teacher, I came across interprofessional education. I thought that if I participated in the IPE workshop sponsored by the members of the Toyama university hospital Primary Care course and knew more about interprofessional collaboration, those patients would have been able to return home. And I learned the joy of learning with students.
　Since 2014, I have also been involved in the planning and management of student-centered IPE workshops. When planning, we have been discussing with the student management members for several months and working out the content while studying in advance together. We also post information on the planning stage on SNS from time to time, and we hope that it will lead to better learning and practice for each participant while referring to the opinions of those who want to participate next time. I want to extend the enjoyment of various theories and learning that I have learned from IPE to students and practitioners all over Japan! And I want to deliver it to those who can’t learn even if they want to learn with Covid-19. With the sympathy and support of many people, the MAIPLE Project, a learning project for effective and sustainable IPE / IPL, was finally launched in October 2020.
